Prep stars of the night for Monday, Feb. 3:

Kathryn Fehme, Grace Academy girls basketball

Fehme, a sophomore, scored the Eagles’ final six points as they edged Lopez 36-35 in a Northwest 1B contest at Lopez High School. The win gives Grace Academy the chance to earn a share of the conference title with a home win over Lummi on Tuesday.

Elijah Johnson, Shorecrest boys basketball

Johnson, a 5-foot-9 sophomore guard, poured in a game-high 25 points in the Scots’ 82-79 overtime victory over hosting Stanwood in a Wesco 3A/2A clash. It was just the second conference loss for Stanwood (10-2 league) this season.

Malakhi Knight, Marysville Getchell boys basketball

Knight, a junior, recorded 37 points, five rebounds, three steals and two assists in the Chargers’ 71-52 Wesco 3A/2A home win over Archbishop Murphy.
