ARLINGTON — The Vikings handed the Eagles their first loss of the Wesco 4A season in three straight sets: 25-16, 25-22, 25-21.

Laura Eichert registered 23 kills, 12 digs and four aces, Jayci Scrivens 11 digs, 10 kills, one ace and one block and Olivia Gonzales 37 assists, six digs, one ace and one block for Lake Stevens (3-2 overall, 2-1 league).

Arlington dropped to 4-1, 1-1.

Wesco 3A/2A South

Archbishop Murphy 3, Mountlake Terrace 0

EVERETT — The Wildcats beat the Hawks in straight sets: 25-18, 25-21, 25-13.

Teuila Halalilo had 12 assists, nine kills, three aces and two blocks, Laura Esping 16 assists, eight digs and two kills, Audrey Russell 12 digs and Lily Gunhold six kills for Archbishop Murphy (5-1 overall, 2-0 league).

Mountlake Terrace dropped to 2-3, 1-2.

COUPEVILLE — The Wolves handed the Loggers their first lost of the season in three straight sets: 25-21, 25-11, 25-16.

Claire Wright tallied 11 kills and 10 digs and Sophie Ross nine digs and three kills for Darrington (5-1 overall, 1-1 league).

Coupeville improved to 5-0, 4-0.

Non-league

Edmonds-Woodway 3, Mariner 0

EDMONDS — The Warriors downed the Marauders in three straight sets to join Monroe and Glacier Peak as the three remaining undefeated teams in Wesco. The set scores were 26-24, 25-15 and 25-19.

Edmonds-Woodway improved to 5-0 overall, and Mariner dropped to 0-4.
