RENTON — The Seattle Seahawks’ sudden problem of having too many wide receivers may be working itself out.
Koren Robinson stretched with his teammates but did not finish Thursday’s practice, and it’s unknown whether he will be available for Sunday’s game against the New York Giants.
Robinson signed with the team 16 days ago but missed the Seahawks’ only game in that span because of knee soreness. He said earlier this week that his knee was fine but that he was still trying to get into game shape.
Robinson was not available after Thursday’s practice.
The Seahawks already have two veteran receivers expected back this week in Bobby Engram and Deion Branch. Billy McMullen and Keary Colbert played so well against St. Louis that they’re still listed as starters on the depth chart. And the team also has veteran Courtney Taylor and rookie Michael Bumpus. Taylor started the first two games of the season.
