SAN FRANCISCO — Seattle Seahawks Pro Bowl linebacker Lofa Tatupu injured his groin in the first quarter of Sunday’s game against the San Francisco 49ers and is not expected to return.
D.D. Lewis came in to replace Tatupu for the second consecutive week. In the Seahawks’ 20-10 loss to Tampa Bay last Sunday, Tatupu came out of the game with a concussion.
The Seattle Seahawks have scored the first 13 points of Sunday’s game.
