Before enrolling at Kamiak High, star golfer Karinn Dickinson lived in Norway for 10 years. These days, she is a standout on the University of Washington women’s golf team, which recently ended its season.
In a College Athlete of the Week story published in today’s Herald, writer Scott M. Johnson talks to Dickinson about shooting a team-best 74 in the final round of the NCAA regional, missing her mom and sister who still live in Norway and getting her leg pinned between two golf carts about a month ago.
