Curran, a freshman forward, scored a goal and dished out three assists to help the Seagulls beat crosstown rival Cascade 5-0.

Susanna Diaz, Everett volleyball

Diaz, a junior outside hitter, pounded out 17 kills to help the Seagulls to a big non-conference win over Woodinville in four sets.

Roz Gillie, Snohomish volleyball

Gillie, a senior middle hitter, threw down 19 kills and stuffed six attempts at the net as the Panthers rallied for a five-set victory at Redmond.

Sophie Kotz, Meadowdale volleyball

Kotz, a junior setter, filled up the stat sheet as the Mavericks rallied from an 0-2 deficit to beat Inglemoor in five sets. Kotz dished out 23 assists and added eight kills and eight digs.
