This July, Everett Physical Therapy and Sports Performance Center is offering a month-long summer speed school from the same strength and conditioning specialists that work with the Washington Stealth.
The ESPC school runs every Tuesday and Thursday from July 5 through Aug. 4 and will take place at Everett Memorial Stadium. Each class will be an hour in length, starting at 12:30 p.m., the month long session costs $80 and is open to everyone ages 8 and older.
Classes are taught by certified strength and conditioning specialists, who work with athletes year round to improve speed and agility.
