Jetlynn Hau

Stanwood | Girls Swimming

Hau, a junior, won the 100-yard breaststroke in 1 minutes, 3.97 seconds Saturday at the Class 3A state championships at the King County Aquatic Center. Hau is the first girls swimmer in school history to capture an individual state crown.

Kayli Kersavage

Snohomish | Girls Diving

Kersavage, a sophomore, won her second consecutive Class 3A state diving championship Saturday at the King County Aquatic Center. Her score of 423.15 was 19.15 points ahead of the runner-up.

Tre Long

Lake Stevens | Football

Long, a senior, completed 15 of 16 passes for a season-high 357 yards and three touchdowns Friday in the Vikings’ 56-42 win over Curtis in the first round of the Class 4A state playoffs. The dual-threat quarterback also ran for 80 yards and two scores on eight carries.

Peri Welch

King’s | Girls Soccer

Welch, a sophomore, assisted on three of the Knights’ four goals Wednesday in a 4-0 victory over Vashon Island in the first round of the Class 1A state tournament.

Peyton Wickstrom

Stanwood | Volleyball

Wickstrom, a senior, collected 41 assists and 17 digs Saturday in the Spartans’ 3-1 victory over Lynnwood in the 3A District tournament. With the win, Stanwood secured a berth in this week’s Class 3A state tournament in Yakima.
