Pick one of the high school football games we’ll cover Friday night. Voting closes at noon Wednesday.

Bellevue at Lake Stevens, 7 p.m.

Defending Class 3A champion Bellevue and 2021 4A state runner-up Lake Stevens meet in a marquee non-league clash of state title contenders looking for their first win. The Wolverines fell 24-23 to defending Oregon 6A champion Central Catholic on a last-second field goal in Week 1. The Vikings are coming off a 26-16 loss to 3A playoff contender Garfield.

Everett at Mariner, 7 p.m.

Everett and Mariner square off in a non-league matchup. The Seagulls look for their first win after falling 34-20 to Issaquah in Week 1. The Marauders aim to improve to 2-0 following a 39-14 victory over Foster.

Mountlake Terrace at Snohomish, 7 p.m.

Mountlake Terrace and Snohomish meet in the first Wesco 3A South game of the season for each squad. The Hawks topped Jackson 39-13 last week and look to secure their first 2-0 start since 2017. The Panthers fell 42-13 to rival Glacier Peak and haven’t dropped a league opener since 2015.

Arlington vs. Marysville Getchell at Quil Ceda Stadium, 7 p.m.

Arlington and Marysville Getchell square off in the Wesco 3A North opener for both teams. The Eagles rattled off the 21 unanswered points on their way to a 28-14 win over Kamiak to start the season. The Chargers are in search of their first win after falling 41-21 to Cascade.
