Week 4

Day 22 – June 17:

Description: Scandinavian Mid-Summer Musical Festival

Location: Cedar Park Christian School and Church, 16300 112th Ave. NE, Bothell.

Time: 6 p.m.

Cost: Free

Other: Music includes Norwegian Male Chorus, soloists, gospel singers, plus food from all five Scandinavian countries.

Day 23 – June 18:

Description: Father’s Day Car Show

Location: Country Village, 23718 Bothell-Everett Hwy, Bothell

Time: Noon-3 p.m.

Cost: Free

Other: Bring Dad out for a fun afternoon. Bring your vintage auto or just come enjoy the show. Live music, a drawing and door prizes will be available.

Day 24 – June 19:

Description: Stroll along the Edmonds Waterfront

Location: Edmonds Marina Park

Time: 8 a.m. to dusk.

Cost: Free.

Other: Enjoy spectacular views of the Puget Sound and the Olympic Mountains, fly a kite or have a picnic. For dog lovers there is an offleash area where your dog can dash about in the sand, take a swim, jump over beached logs or explore the rocks.

Day 25 – June 20:

Description: Go Birding at North Creek Park

Location: 1011 183rd St SE, Mill Creek

Time: 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Cost: Free

Other: This wetland serves as a sensitive wildlife habitat, diverse plant community and for flood control. It has a network of boardwalks and trails providing excellent opportunities to bird watch.

Day 26 – June 21:

Description: Belly Flop and Cannonball Contest at Yost Pool

Location: 9535 Bowdoin Way, Edmonds

Time: 6 p.m.

Cost: $3 entry fee

Day 27 – June 22:

Description: Family Fun Night

Location: Mountlake Terrace Recreation Pavilion, 5303 228th St. SW

Time: 7-9 p.m.

Cost: $12 for residents and $14 for nonresidents and includes the whole family.

Other: Enjoy an evening of old fashioned family fun with family swim time, games, a snack and arts &crafts.

Day 28 – June 23:

Description: Bothell’s Patriot Dance

Location: The Park at Bothell Landing, 9919 NE 180th, Bothell.

Time: 7 p.m.-10 p.m.

Cost: Free

Other: Help kick-off Bothell’s Freedom Festival with this fun dance for all ages.
