College signings

The Enterprise sports department is compiling a list of high school seniors who will continue their athletic endeavors at the college level.

To be added to the list, please send the student’s name, high school, college and sport to The Enterprise. Information can be submitted via e-mail to: entsports@herald net.com; or by mail to: Sports editor, The Enterprise, 4303 198th St. SW., Lynnwood, WA 98036.

The list will run at the end of the school year.

Grapplers place third

A group of five local wrestlers, including two from Edmonds, helped represent the state of Washington at the USAW National Schoolboy Freestyle Duals.

The team came home with the third-place medal in the freestyle division and placed fifth in the Greco-Roman portion of the tournament. The local members were Casey Finnicum and Tim Hester of Edmonds, Sam Ottow and Jacob Murray of Monroe and Josh Monson of Lake Stevens.

The Schoolboy Duals are for wrestlers born in the years 1990-91 and were held June 10-13 in Indianapolis, Ind.
