Edmonds Community College Foundation, 20000 68th Ave. W., Lynnwood, works with the college to provide educational opportunities for students living on tight budgets, including offering emergency scholarships and subsidies for rent or utility bills, textbooks or child care. Lynnwood Food Bank, 5326 176th St. SW, Lynnwood, serving residents in Lynnwood, is accepting donations of nonperishable food and cash to buy bulk food items. Checks should be made to The Lynnwood Food Bank; 8 a.m. to noon Tuesdays and 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Wednesdays; 425-745-1635.
