Cardiac Science appoints chief operating officer

Cardiac Science in Bothell, which manufactures products related to advanced cardiac diagnosis, resuscitation, rehabilitation, and informatics, announced it has appointed David L. Marver as executive vice president and chief operating officer. In this new role, Marver will manage the company’s daily operations.

He brings 14 years of experience from Medtronic, where his titles included vice president of strategy and development, vice president of sales, vice president of marketing, and vice president of product strategy. Marver also spent three years at Medtronic’s international headquarters, where he led commercial activities for the business in Western Europe. He also served as U.S. business director for Medtronic’s patient management business.
