In January, Centex was the featured builder on ABC Television’s ratings phenomenon “Extreme Makeover, Home Edition,” as the Dore family of Kingston received a brand new 6 bedroom home, courtesy of Centex Homes, Home Aid and ABC. Millions of viewers across the country were able to witness that Centex Homes builds more than a house, they build a home.
Centex, long associated with high value homes at affordable prices, has enjoyed an established presence in the South Snohomish and North King County area, with neighborhoods such as Settler’s Grove and Settler’s Meadow in Lynnwood and Hidden Pointe in Mukilteo selling quickly and creating a flurry of excitement with fresh new designs, flexible options for features, upgrades and personalized touches.
