The Mill Creek City Council will have its annual retreat from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, March 11 at North Creek Presbyterian Church, 621 164th St. SE., in Mill Creek.

Topics the City Council will most likely discuss include financial goals, budgeting and a long-term vision for the city, such as future annexations and park development.

There will also be possible action taken by the Council to award the bid for a traffic signal at 148th Street SE. and 35th Avenue SE. Council will also convene a regular meeting for the purpose of approving city checks.

Because of the retreat, the Tuesday, March 14 City Council meeting is canceled. The next regular City Council meeting after Saturday’s retreat will be March 28 at Mill Creek City Hall.

The retreat is open to the public. For more information, call city clerk Kelly Hennessey at 425-921-5732.
