“We have four different ramblers and five two-stories to choose from,” said Windermere Real Estate agent Cindy Corcoran. “There are $14,000 worth of upgrades that D.B. Johnson Construction has put into each home. This includes a fully fenced and landscaped yard, back and front. That’s something you just don’t normally see in new construction.”

Landscaping includes barked and planted flower beds, an 80 square-feet concrete patio and high grade cedar fencing.

Lots average 8,000 square feet, with homes having anywhere from three to five bedrooms and up to a four-car garage.

Many Eagle Heights homes back onto greenbelts. Two parks serve the neighborhood, each with picnic facilities and one with a tot lot and basketball courts.

Homes come with a 25-year manufacturer’s warranty on the treated engineered wood siding. Roofs have a 20-year warranty and the vinyl windows come with a lifetime warranty. Interiors include energy efficient gas heat and Lennox furnaces with a built-in media allergy filter system.

Custom maple kitchen cabinets are crowned with dust-free enclosed soffits. Bonus features may include decorative niches and pillars, built-in desks or laundry folding areas. Most models have jetted tubs and some come with covered front porches.

“And the location here is great,” Corcoran added. “I’ve lived here for nine years and I love it. The schools are wonderful. My son goes to school in this district. There’s a brand new high school and a brand new elementary.”

Eagle Heights model homes are open seven days a week from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. There’s a special Open House for the neighborhood on Sunday, May 16. Wherever there’s a silver streamer, the homes are open for viewing.

Free loan approvals are available in the main model during that day. Look for the balloons.
