EDMONDS — Downtown Edmonds merchants will host the 13th annual “First Dibs” holiday preview open house from 5 to 8 p.m., Thursday, Nov. 17.
The event has grown over the years to become a much-anticipated evening of entertainment, friendship and shopping. The kickoff to the holiday season emphasizes hometown pride. Many stores will celebrate that night and throughout the weekend with treats and special offers. Lighted buildings and decorated storefronts add sparkle and delight to the festivities.
“We open our doors on that night to say ‘thank you’ to all our customers who make doing business in Edmonds such a pleasure,” said Robert Boehlke, event coordinator and owner of houseWARES.
The event is sponsored by the Downtown Edmonds Merchants Association.
