Snohomish County Fire District No. 7 responded to 105 calls the week of May 14-20.

May 20

Fire District 7 crews responded to 17 calls including nine medical aid, two motor vehicle collisions, two mutual aid, two trees into wires, one odor investigation and one service call.

At 5:18 p.m., firefighters were dispatched to a motor vehicle collision blocking the intersection of 148th St. S.E. and 35th Ave. S.E. Firefighters evaluated two patients and transported one patient to Providence Everett Medical Center’s Colby Campus.

May 19

Fire District 7 crews responded to 13 calls including eight medical aid, two fires, one motor vehicle collision, one illegal burn and one service call.

Firefighters responded to an illegal burn in the 6800 block of 185th St. S.E. at 5:21 p.m. Firefighters informed the homeowner of the burn ban in Fire District 7 and extinguished the fire.

May 18

Fire District 7 crews responded to 10 calls including seven medical aid, one motor vehicle collision, one fire and one automatic fire alarm.

At 12:13 p.m., firefighters responded to the 4000 block of 214th St SE where a person fell off of a roof. Firefighters treated and transported one patient to Evergreen Hospital.

May 17

Fire District 7 crews responded to 14 calls including 11 medical aid, one motor vehicle collision, one natural gas leak and one service call.

Firefighters were dispatched to a gas leak in the 2400 block of 136th Pl. S.E. at 3:06 p.m. A construction crew ruptured a one-inch line between two houses. Firefighters evacuated the houses until the line was secured.

May 16

Fire District 7 crews responded to 13 calls including nine medical aid, two mutual aid, one motor vehicle collision and one service call.

May 15

Fire District 7 crews responded to 23 calls including 14 medical aid, three fires, three service calls, one automatic fire alarm, one service call and one mutual aid.

May 14

Fire District 7 crews responded to 15 calls including 11 medical aid, two fires, one automatic fire alarm and one fuel spill.

At 6:28 p.m., firefighters responded to Hwy. 522 just east of Paradise Lake Road for a car fire. Firefighters were able to quickly extinguish the fire and contain the damage to the engine compartment.
