Snohomish County Fire District 7 crews made 101 responses from Oct. 5-11, 84 of which were medical aid calls. Service calls are frequently for illegal burns.

Oct. 5

Crews responded to eight medical aid calls and two fire alarms.

A Halloween scarecrow in the front yard of a home in 16200 block of 32nd Ave. in Mill Creek was burned down overnight.

Oct. 6

Crews responded to 12 medical aid calls, one fire alarm and made two service calls.

Oct. 7

Crews responded to 15 medical aid calls, one fire alarm and made one service call.

Oct. 8

Crews responded to 21 medical aid calls, one fire alarm and made three service calls.

Oct. 9

Crews responded to eight medical aid calls and one fire alarm.

Firefighters responded to a fire at a vacant mobile home at 8601 156th Street SE at 3:36 p.m. The Snohomish County Fire Marshall’s office is investigating the case.
