Seven calls were due to the winds bringing down either entire trees or tree limbs resulting in downed power lines which began arcing and igniting the tree limbs.

The crew assisted in positioning sand bags to stem the flow of water. A second building on the waterfront at 200 Beach Place required assistance to pump out flooding water. The power outage also caused elevator problems in a building at 110 James Street where two people and a dog became stuck between floors. The crew assisted the elevator technician in freeing the anxious occupants in the elevator.
