Mark Harmsworth has my endorsement for Mill Creek City Council Position 5. He is an exceptionally talented person with the right priorities and the ability to get things done. Mark is also the only Mill Creek City Council candidate endorsed by our firefighters in Fire District No. 7.

While serving on the Mill Creek City Council for more than 12 years, I have worked with several people who have contributed the most to the council and our community. They all had these key characteristics and skill sets:

• Willingness to truly listen and think creatively to solve problems.

• Capacity to understand complex problems and find common sense solutions.

• Excellent public speaking skills.

• Balanced temperament.

Mark Harmsworth has all of these skills along with a strong background in finance and technology, which will complement our council perfectly.

Mill Creek is a bigger city now and we need professional people with the requisite skills to help us prepare for the future.
