Fireworks are illegal in Shoreline and Lake Forest Park. For those who feel Independence Day celebration wouldn’t be complete without fireworks, fire officials recommend attending a public display put on by trained professionals.
Public fireworks displays are planned for the evening of the Fourth of July in several communities including Edmonds, Everett, Lynnwood and Seattle. The Sheridan Beach Club fireworks display in Lake Forest Park is for members- only this year, club officials said.
