Democratic Congressman Rick Larsen will be in Mountlake Terrace on Wednesday from 4 to 5 p.m. to tour SNOCOM 911’s Mountlake Terrace facilities at 6204 215th St. S.W.

Larsen represents the 2nd Congressional District, which, beginning with the coming election, will include Lynnwood, Mountlake Terrace and Brier in addition to the coastal areas of Snohomish, Skagit and Whatcom counties from Mukilteo to Bellingham and all of Island and San Juan counties.

Larsen will face five challengers in the Aug. 7 primary election – three Republicans and two independent candidates. The top two vote-getters advance to the Nov. 6 general election.
