“People can pick their own floorplans if they don’t like ours,” Bluhm said. “If you have a plan you want to build, bring it on over.”
Phinney Construction is the builder on these homes, which have been created in one of Everett’s graceful older neighborhoods. It’s a quiet cul-de-sac bordered by trees and adjacent to Forest Park. Lot sizes range from 5,700 to more than 12,000 square feet. Prices start at $325,000.
For those ready to move immediately, Bluhm recommends his Anissa Place plat in Marysville. Near to completion, several homes are still available in the $225,000 to $235,000 range. One of these houses was recently featured as the Herald’s new construction home of the week. Anissa Place is within easy reach of Fred Meyer and the Marysville Regal Cinemas.
Bluhm is impressed with the high quality of construction in these three- to four- bedroom homes.
“Haack Brothers Construction pays close attention to detail,” he explained. “Their finish work is excellent and immaculate. They’re a top-notch builder with a great reputation.”
Standard equipment includes vinyl windows, gas heating and a 30-year guarantee on roofs. Floorplans include ramblers, mid-entries and two-stories, each including a three-car garage. Currently there is a $5,000 buyer bonus for certain purchases.
The last of Bluhm’s featured new neighborhoods is Lilly’s Vista in Marysville. These quality homes have been crafted by Gem Star. The plat is located on a quiet, tree-lined cul-de-sac. Generous 1.25-acre lots are fully landscaped and hydroseeded front and back. The homes are filled with elegant finishing touches. Granite countertops, top-of-the-line stainless steel Sears appliances, and six-foot soaking tubs are all considered standard by Gem Star. Stellar features also include central vacuum built-ins, finished garages, covered porches and real wood siding. Floorplans are available in sizes ranging from 2,856 square feet to more than 3,000 square feet. Prices at Lilly’s Vista begin at $398,950.
