Loomis supports all family planning options

My daughter is an obstetrical resident at a university hospital. She gladly works and has worked long hours for the sheer joy of participating in the miracle of life. However, I know that, almost on a daily basis, she is disheartened by new mothers that are no more than children themselves, by those totally without resources or a support system of any kind, and by mothers who worry more about their next cigarette or some other substance than they do about the health and welfare of their unborn child. Each day my daughter sees a new baby go home to such an unpromising future; her frustration is palpable.

Doctors in residency don’t usually have the time to express themselves politically, but on my daughter’s behalf might I suggest to all voters that they make sure their candidate has publicly affirmed their intention to work toward making every mother a fully prepared one and every child one that is wanted and loved. Please make sure that your candidate has publicly stated their support for all legal family planning options. Liz Loomis is such a candidate. For 44th Legislative District House of Representatives, Position 2, Liz Loomis is the only choice.
