Mav grad leads Chapman past Pacific Lutheran

Chapman University quarterback Eric Marty, a 2004 Meadowdale graduate, threw for 386 yards — the second-highest passing total in Chapman history — and three touchdowns, in a 42-25 win over Pacific Lutheran Sept. 23 at Orange, Calif.

Marty, a 6-foot-2, 210-pound redshirt sophomore, earned the starter’s job this season at the NCAA Division III school in Orange.
