The Meadowdale Dance team took first place in the dance division at the regional dance and drill competition March 1 at Sehome High School in Bellingham.
The Mavericks will try to win their fourth straight state title March 21 in Yakima.
Meadowdale also will be headed to the national dance competition in California later in March.
