Media not offering balanced reporting

  • Friday, December 7, 2007 11:42am

I am concerned that the U.S. House of Representatives and Senate have not been able to weed out so-called earmark items from the legislation, and they have not passed any meaningful bills lately. Moreover, I am very disappointed by the non-action by the media on this point. The media is so quick to point out problems of the Bush administration, but never for the Democratic Congress, and even for the Washington state legislature quagmire. It is good to point out issues, but I think people expect more balanced front page reporting and editorials.
