LYNNWOOD — Clifford J. Moser, 63, has been reported missing from his home by his family since Oct. 29.
Police are looking for Moser who is 6 feet tall, 200 pounds, has gray hair with blue eyes. He was last seen driving a white 1990 Oldsmobile, Washington license plate number 766 NOE, according to Lynnwood Police detectives.
According to police, Moser is completely competent and has no disabilities.
“The behavior is just unusual and the family is concerned,” said Lynnwood Det. Sgt. Sean Doty.
