Steven Quarterman, an ecologist with more than 14 years of experience, has been promoted to associate scientist. Mark Brunner was promoted to senior project planner. Evelyn Ives has been promoted to senior staff engineer in the environmental remediation and engineering group. Matthew Moroney has been promoted to senior staff environmental scientist. Rosemary Trimmer was promoted to senior staff environmental specialist in the permitting and compliance group.
