DUI. 1200 block of Mill Creek Rd. Police stopped a vehicle for excessive speed and lane travel. During the stop, police noticed that the driver had been drinking. Field sobriety tests were administered and the driver was arrested. A breath test indicated the driver was over the legal limit, and he was cited for driving under the influence.
Oct. 3
Simple assault. 1400 block of Trillium Blvd. A juvenile male reported that he had been injured by a group of youths on two occasions. One occurred on school grounds, while another occurred on private property.
Liquor possession. 1500 block of 136th St. SE. Jackson High School administration reported a three juvenile males were on campus while under the influence of alcohol. The incident is under investigation.
Theft from auto. 1200 block of Mill Creek Blvd. Police responded to a report of a vehicle prowl. An Everett resident had her passenger window broken out and a backpack was stolen.
Aggravated assault, nonfamily, gun. No location given. Police were contacted by a concerned parent regarding an incident that occurred on a Mill Creek school bus. Officers conducted an investigation and arrested a student for assault.
Oct. 2
Negligent driving. 900 block of 164th St. SE. Police stopped a vehicle for speeding – 73 miles per hour in a 35 zone. During the stop, police noticed the driver had been drinking. Field sobriety tests were administered and the driver provided a breath test. The driver was issued a citation for negligent driving and released.
Simple assault. 1500 block of 136th St. SE. A juvenile filed a complaint with police regarding injuries he received from an assault.
Theft from a building. 15000 block of Mill Creek Blvd. A juvenile reported someone stole his bike while he was visiting a friend.
Theft from a yard. 1400 block of 29th Dr. SE. A woman reported several outdoor lights in front of her residence had been tampered with over the weekend. Two lights were missing and one was destroyed. Other lights were removed from their fixtures and found scattered around the yard, but were otherwise undamaged. Estimated loss: $45.
Theft from auto. 1400 block of 28th Dr. SE. A Mill Creek man reported his vehicle had been entered sometime overnight and his wallet was taken. Estimated loss: $50.
Oct. 1
Theft from auto. 1700 block of 144th Pl. SE. A Mill Creek resident reported his dinner guest had stolen a cell phone from an unlocked vehicle.
Theft from auto. 1500 block of Country Club Dr. A Mill Creek woman had her vehicle broken into and purse removed when it was parked at the Mill Creek Swim Center. Gift certificates a purse and an undisclosed amount of cash were stolen.
Drugs, narcotic violation. 1500 block of 136th St. SE. A juvenile was arrested for possession of marijuana. The juvenile was released to his parents.
Accident. 1500 block of 136th St. SE. A 17-year-old Mill Creek resident ran her vehicle into a pole after trying to save her coffee from spilling.
Sept. 30
Fraud, illegal use of credit cards. A Mill Creek woman reported her credit card number was being used to make fraudulent purchases on the East Coast.
Fraud, impersonation. 1500 block of Mill Creek Blvd. A Mill Creek resident reported someone using his name and social security number to obtain utilities. The utilities are not being apid by the person using his identity.
Sept. 29
Traffic. 1500 block of Mill Creek Blvd. A found wallet was turned into police. The owner’s Washington i.d. in the wallet was found to be fraudulent.
