Nov. 28
Found property. 1600 block of Bothell-Everett Hwy. A Mill Creek area resident turned in a purse she had found on a street in the Mays Pond area.
Driving while license suspended. 15000 block of Hwy 527. A man was stopped a cited for driving with a suspended license.
Theft of a vehicle. 1600 block of Mill Creek Blvd. A Mill Creek resident reported his 1996 Acura Integra had been stolen sometime during the night. Estimated loss: $12,000.
Warrant arrest. 1600 block of Hwy 527. Police were conducting a theft investigation when they contacted a male in the area. The male had a warrant out of the Lynnwood Police Department. He was arrested and transported to Lynnwood.
Drugs, narcotic violation. 1600 block of Bothell-Everett Hwy. A Lynnwood resident was detained for shoplifting two pair of sunglasses totaling $30 from a local business. The female was also charged with possession of a controlled substance and booked into Snohomish County Jail.
Nov. 27
Drugs, marijuana possession. 1200 block of 132nd St. SE. Police contacted a suspicious vehicle at a local church. While contacting the vehicle, police observed drug paraphernalia in the car. The male occupant was cited and released.
Shoplifting. 1000 block of 164th St. SE. A Mill Creek business reported several video games and DVDs were stolen. Estimated loss: $850.
Vehicle impound report. 1000 block of 9th Ave. SE. A Mill Creek resident reported a vehicle had been driven into a ditch on 9th Ave. SE and abandoned.
Simple assault. 1400 block of Trillium Blvd. A student from a local school reported being assaulted while at school by a fellow student. The student who allegedly committed the assault was contacted and will be sent to the prosecutor’s office, charged with fourth degree assault.
Possession of stolen property. 1400 block of Trillium Blvd. A local school reported the theft and recovery of stolen school property. A local student was caught with the stolen property, which consisted of a hand held two-way radio and charger valued at $225. Charges for possession of stolen property will be referred to the court.
Nov. 26
Driving while license suspended. Intersection of 35th Ave. SE and Seattle Hill Rd. Police stopped a Snohomish resident for driving with a suspended license. The man was cited and released.
