Here are selected reports from the Edmonds Police Department:

April 9

Theft. 7600 block of 212th Street SW. Computer equipment from Edmonds-Woodway High School was reported stolen.

Assisting other agency. 4400 block of 80th Street SW in Mukilteo. A K-9 assist to Mukilteo police resulted in two suspects who fled on foot in separate directions being captured.

April 8

Theft. 100 block of Main Street. A vehicle window was broken and a purse stolen.

Malicious mischief. 100 block of Ninth Avenue S. Someone shattered the rear window of the victim’s vehicle.

Malicious mischief. 23900 block of 96th Place W. A vehicle door was damaged when the lock was pried off. No entry was gained to the vehicle.

Malicious mischief. 21800 block of 80th Avenue W. A victim’s vehicle window was broken overnight.

Malicious mischief. 800 block of Ninth Avenue S. A vehicle’s driver’s-side window was shattered.

Malicious mischief. 22300 block of 96th Avenue W. A vehicle’s passenger-side window was shattered.

Assault. 8500 block of Main Street. A suspect was arrested and booked into Snohomish County Jail after pushing over and choking a victim three times then threatening a person who came to the victim’s aid.

April 7

Assisting other agency. 8800 block of 238th Street SW. Five children were turned over to Child Protective Services after their mother failed to pick them up.

Burglary. 22500 block of 76th Avenue W. A lock was pried off a storage locker and six bicycles taken.

April 6

Burglary. 200 block of 10th Place North. Jewelry and other valuables were taken in a residential burglary.

April 4

Theft. 8100 block of Talbot Road. Ivory carvings and other figurines were taken from a curio cabinet in a residence.

April 2

Burglary. 18200 block of Homeview Drive. Copper wire was stolen from a house under construction.
