Here are selected reports from Shoreline and Lake Forest Park police.

Feb. 22

Auto theft. 14800 block Bothell Way NE. A vehicle was stolen sometime overnight.

Suspicious circumstances. 14500 block Bothell Way NE. A man exposed himself in public.

DUI. 17800 block Ballinger Way NE. A man was arrested for drinking and driving after he was seen swerving in the roadway.

Feb. 21

Attempted residential burglary. 2200 block NE 197th Pl. A woman found the front and rear doors to her home damaged.

Fraud. 18000 block Fremont Ave. N. A woman reported that an unknown female had been using her social security number and date of birth. She found out after an employer conducted a background check.

Feb. 20

DUI. 16700 block Aurora Ave. N. Someone was arrested for drinking and driving.

Attempted auto theft. 17500 block Aurora Ave. N. Door handles were broken on two cars at a car dealership.

Feb. 19

Auto prowl. 4200 block NE 205th St. Someone reported that their Honda had a broken window. Suspects tried to remove the stereo, but were not successful.

Feb. 18

DUI. 16700 block 10th Ave. NE. Someone was arrested for drinking and driving.

Vandalism. 18000 block Aurora Ave. N. Graffiti was found on a wall outside a business.

Larceny. 34500 block NE 175th St. Two juveniles stole a purse from a woman who was seated at a library computer.

Vandalism. 16100 block First Ave. NE. Graffiti was reported at a park.

Vandalism. 19000 block Ballinger Way. Rocks were thrown at windows.

Disturbance. 14500 block Bothell Way NE. A man at a fast food restaurant was upset that he didn’t get his food, but he had no receipt to verify that he ordered food.

Feb. 17

DUI. 15500 block Westminster Way N. An intoxicated driver ran a red light and nearly crashed into a police car.

Robbery. 14700 block 15th Ave. NE. A man robbed a restaurant after displaying a gun. He took cash from the register.

Auto theft. 1100 block N. 198th St. A car was stolen from an apartment parking lot.

Threats. 2100 block N. 155th St. A man told a woman over the telephone that he would hurt her after a dispute regarding the sale of a bed.

Ordinance violation. 19600 block 47th Ave. NE. Two different dog owners were contacted by officers for having their pets off leashes.

Theft. 2800 block NE 178th St. Mail theft was reported.

Feb. 16

Weapon. 19300 block Third Ave. NW. A middle school student forgot he had a small pocket knife in his bag, which he brought to school. His parents were notified about the weapon by school staff.

Highway robbery. 17100 block 10th Ave. NE. Suspects approached three juveniles and attacked them and took their cell phones and iPods.

Suspicious circumstances. 20400 block 39th Pl. NE. A woman reported that she got up in the morning and found her rear slider door ajar.

Fraud. 3500 block NE 189th Pl. A man reported that someone transferred about $40,000 from his bank account.
