The following are selected reports from Mill Creek police.

May 9

Mail theft. 14000 block of 16th Ct., 3:20 p.m. A piece of mail containing a check was stolen. The check was later forged and cashed at a Seattle bank.

Vandalism. 1600 block of 142nd Pl., 3:37 p.m. A home’s window was damaged.

Reckless driving. 13800 block of 26th Ave., 7:54 p.m. A resident reported seeing a driver running through stop signs at high speeds.

May 10

Vandalism. 2100 block of 138th Pl., 4:20 p.m. A vehicle was damaged while it was parked in a driveway.

Assault. 13500 block of North Creek Dr., 10:12 p.m. A juvenile was assaulted by another juvenile.

May 11

Theft. 13300 block of Bothell-Everett Hwy., 12:37 p.m. A vehicle theft was attempted. The stereo was taken and the vehicle was left running.

Accident. 3300 block of Seattle Hill Rd., 6:51 p.m. A two-vehicle accident took place and blocked the road. One vehicle was towed away.

Theft. 15600 block of Main St., 4:30 p.m. A cell phone was stolen out of a vehicle.

May 12

DUI. 13600 block of Bothell-Everett Hwy., 3:55 a.m. A vehicle was stopped for speeding. The driver had been drinking and was arrested for suspected DUI. His vehicle was impounded.

Recovered stolen vehicle. 13300 block of Bothell-Everett Hwy., 1:08 a.m. A stolen vehicle was recovered in a shopping center parking lot.

Burglary. 14600 block of 26th Dr., 12:21 p.m. An estimated $1,400 in various personal items were stolen from a home.

Theft. 16300 block of Bothell-Everett Hwy., 5:17 p.m. Two pieces of construction equipment were stolen from a company work truck.

Weapons offense. 13500 block of North Creek Dr., 7:46 p.m. An Everett youth was arrested for carrying a concealed dangerous weapon.

May 13

Accident. 16400 block of Bothell-Everett Hwy., 2:52 p.m. A two car accident took place. No one was injured, but one vehicle was towed from the scene.

Burglary. 13800 block of North Creek Dr., 6:33 p.m. Various items were stolen from a home as well as a vehicle.

May 14

Theft. 3400 block of 132nd St. SE, 1:40 a.m. A juvenile was caught stealing a 12-pack of beer from a convenience store by a police officer. The juvenile was arrested.

Theft. 3000 block of 149th Pl., 11:14 a.m. A CD player was stolen from a vehicle.

Theft. 13500 block of North Creek Dr., 9:14 p.m. A gas grill was stolen from an apartment.

May 15

Vandalism. 13200 block of Bothell-Everett Hwy., 7:23 a.m. A business van was damaged when someone poked a hole in the gas tank and drained the gas.

Theft. 14100 block of North Creek Dr., 6:53 a.m. A cell phone was stolen from a vehicle.

Accident. 3800 block of 132nd St. SE, 7:13 a.m. Two trailer trucks were involved in a non-injury accident.

Theft. 14000 block of North Creek Dr., 11:25 a.m. Several items were stolen from a woman’s vehicle.

Assault. 15800 block of Mill Creek Blvd., 12:27 p.m. A vehicle driven by a Mill Creek man was involved in a hit-and-run accident. It was located at a different location. When officers contacted the suspect, he resisted arrest and struck a police officer in the face. The suspect was brought under control and was booked into the county jail on multiple charges.

Theft. 3000 block of 144th St., 1:37 p.m. A front door to a home was kicked in. The home was ransacked, but nothing appeared to be missing.

Burglary. 2900 block of 147th Pl., 2:18 p.m. A home was broken into.

Burglary. 2900 block of 147th Pl., 2:19 p.m. The front door of a house was kicked in and several items were stolen.

Burglary. 14600 block of 28th Dr., 4:12 p.m. A home was burglarized sometime during the day.

Domestic violence: Local police responded to two domestic violence calls from May 9-15.
