The following are selected reports from Mill Creek police.
Nov. 2
Accident. Bothell-Everett Hwy and Trillium Blvd., 7:51 a.m. A woman making a left turn struck a juvenile female in a crosswalk. The juvenile sustained leg injuries and was taken to a hospital. The driver was cited for failing to yield to a pedestrian.
Harassment. 1100 block of 146th St., 11:30 p.m. A man reported he had been threatened over the telephone.
Nov. 3
Theft. 15500 block of Mill Creek Blvd., 9:37 p.m. A backpack with personal items and ammunition was stolen from a vehicle parked at an apartment complex.
Nov. 4
Vehicle prowls. 16100 block of Bothell-Everett Hwy. and 2900 block of 140th Pl., 10:48 a.m. and 1:07 p.m. Two vehicle prowls took place. In one incident, nothing was taken, but in the other incident, several pieces of stereo equipment were stolen.
Counterfeiting. 1700 block of 132nd St. SE, 3:36 p.m. A retailer reported a customer used counterfeit money.
Nov. 5
DUI. 13800 block of Bothell-Everett Hwy. and 1500 block of 136th St. SE, 2:40 a.m. and 3:01 a.m. In two separate incidents, police pulled over two Mill Creek men under the age of 21 for traffic violations and determined both were driving under the influence of alcohol. Both men were arrested.
Theft. 14200 block of 20th Dr., 8:26 a.m. Two checks that were placed in outgoing mail were stolen from a mailbox.
Accident. Bothell-Everett Hwy. and Mill Creek Blvd., 11:17 a.m. A man didn’t notice that the vehicle ahead of him stopped, which resulted in a collision.
Nov. 6
DUI. 17600 block of Bothell-Everett Hwy., 12:14 a.m. A 21-year-old Bothell woman was contacted during a traffic stop. Police determined she was drinking and she was arrested for DUI.
Assault. 13500 block of North Creek Dr., 3:24 a.m. An Everett woman reported that her and a co-worker were involved in a fight earlier in the night.
Accident. 15300 block of Bothell-Everett Hwy., 1:27 p.m. A two-vehicle accident with minor injuries resulted when a driver failed to yield when turning in front of an oncoming vehicle.
Accident. 1600 block of 132nd St. SE, 10:35 p.m. A Mill Creek resident drove through a red light, causing a three-car accident. No one was injured, but all three vehicles were towed from the scene.
Burglary. 16000 block of Mill Creek Blvd., 11:59 p.m. A cleaning woman for a business reported the door was kicked in when she arrived to clean the offices.
Nov. 7
Accident. 1300 block of 154th St., 12:05 p.m. A 22-year-old Mill Creek resident was involved in a one-car accident, driving over the median at the entrance to the Aspen neighborhood.
Nov. 8
Vandalism. 15700 block of Main St., 7:09 a.m. A business reported that a company vehicle was vandalized over the weekend. Damage was estimated at $2,000.
Assault. 1500 block of 136th St. SE, 11 a.m. A Heatherwood Middle School student was arrested for resisting arrest and assaulting a Mill Creek police officer. The male student was taken into custody and later released to his parents. Charges were forwarded to the Snohomish County juvenile prosecutor.
Vandalism. 14400 block of 31st Dr., 7:37 p.m. Someone threw eggs onto a house and damaged the paint.
