March 26
Disturbance. 14800 block Bothell Way NE. A resident said two females sounded like they were banging on the floors and she banged on the ceiling because they were too loud.
Burglary. 19300 block 12th Ave. NW. An unknown suspect broke a door window to gain entry into a residence.
March 25
Suspicious circumstance. 16300 block 34th Ave. NE. A caller who was asked by police to call in any suspicious activity called police about a subject walking around wearing an orange vest. The subject was a Seattle City Light employee.
Controlled substance. 15300 block 25th Ave. NE. A student admitted to using marijuana when police found a metal smoking pipe in the trunk of a vehicle.
March 24
Theft. 17200 block 28th Ave. NE. A purse was stolen from a vehicle parked inside of an open garage.
Suspicious circumstance. 17000 block Brookside Blvd. A subject seen in a creek was with King County Surface Water Management and was measuring stream flows.
Burglary. 16900 block 25th Ave. NE. A victim of a residential burglary waited 24-hours before reporting because “it was late and he wasn’t in a clear mind.” Everything in the house had been moved and put back into place before police arrived.
Larceny. 4100 block NE 165th St. A victim reported that an unknown person broke into their trailer and stole items.
Larceny. 15300 block 25th Ave. NE. A victim’s school issued laptop and an iPod were stolen from a gym locker at a school.
Vandalism. 1200 block N 205th St. A vehicle parked in a business parking lot was spray painted.
March 23
Juvenile. 2500 block NE 191st St. A mother admitted to slapping her 18-year-old daughter and asked for parental advice. Police determined the contact did not rise to the level of an assault.
Burglary. 3800 block NE 178th St. Tools were stolen from a shed.
Burglary. 16500 block 35th Ave. NE. A female called police after she arrived home and saw a window open and her jewelry box open.
DUI. 16700 block Aurora Ave. An intoxicated suspect was driving the wrong way on a city street.
Burglary. 2100 block N 171st St. Jewelry and movies were stolen from a residence.
March 22
Suspicious circumstance. 19400 block 45th Ave. NE. Police contacted a subject who was sitting in his vehicle for 30 minutes. He said he came to the location for the view and to speak with his girlfriend on the phone.
Assault. 14500 block Stone Ave. N. A suspect shot a firearm during a drug deal.
Controlled substance. 20200 block Whitman Ave. N. A suspect was found to be in possession of 40 grams of marijuana packaged for distribution.
March 21
Disturbance. 3900 block NE 157th Pl. Police responded to a report of intoxicated subjects breaking glass. Police warned homeowners to keep the noise down.
Juveniles. 5100 block NE 184th St. Police contacted four juveniles about skateboarding on NE 184th Street. All kids were warned about the city’s skateboarding ordinance and parents promised they would make their kids comply.
Theft. 3000 NE 180th St. A mailbox was stolen.
Disturbance. 1500 block Ballinger Way N. A person was arrested for drinking and driving.
Disturbance. 1100 block N 180th St. Police responded to an argument over a MySpace entry over possible infidelity.
Vandalism. 2500 block NE 200th St. Someone shattered a window at an unoccupied school.
March 20
Disturbance. 17000 block Bothell Way NE. A female threw a soda at another female in a store.
DUI. 14900 block Aurora Ave. A person was arrested for drinking and driving.
Disturbance. 20100 block Greenwood Ave. An woman contacted police after her ex-boyfriend refused to leave her property.
Larceny. 19200 block 15th Ave. NW. A woman made a report on behalf of her grandfather after he set his dentures down on a counter and then could not locate them.
Larceny. 2300 block N. 196th Pl. Someone stole hubcaps from a vehicle parked in an apartment lot.
Disturbance. 1600 block N 203rd St. Police issued a warning for a noise ordinance violation and a bonfire.
