The following is a selection of police incidents which occurred in the past week in the cities of Lynnwood and/or Mountlake Terrace.

May 16

Burglary. 5700 block of 200th St. SW. Someone reported unknown persons broke into a house and stole $600. No other information was provided in the police report.

DUI/drugs. 5100 block of 196th St. SW. A driver was arrested for driving under the influence and being in possession of marijuana.

May 15

Theft. 19300 block of 44th Ave. W. Someone reported their vehicle’s license plate was stolen.

Vehicle theft. 19300 block of Alderwood Mall Parkway. Someone reported a car was stolen.

Vehicle prowl. 3000 block of 184th St. SW. Someone reported unknown persons broke into a vehicle and stole a CD player.

Malicious mischief. 16800 block of River Rock Dr. Someone reported someone topped trees on their property without permission.

May 13

Traffic. 5800 block of 196th ST. SW. A juvenile was stopped for having passengers in her car in violation of her intermediate driver’s license. Then the girl lied about the people being family members to avoid being ticketed.

May 12

Burglary. 19700 block of 68th Ave. W. Someone reported unknown persons entered a house and stole some video games. According to the police report the burglary wasn’t forced and it was during the day.

Domestic violence

According to the Mountlake Terrace Police Department, there were nine domestic violence calls from May 11 to May 18.

According to the Lynnwood Police Department, there were 22 domestic violence calls from May 11 to May 18.
