The Red Sox defeated the Hurricanes 11-8 in eight innings to win the Mill Creek Little League’s Minors Division championship June 9 at Woodside Elementary School.
The Red Sox finished the season 16-8 overall.
“It was a barnburner of a game,” said coach Patrick Nurre. “It went back and forth.”
