SHORELINE— Convicted sex offender Ceasar Doss was arrested and booked into King County Jail this week, after acting inappropriately when he approaching a young girl at a bus stop last month, said Capt. Clem Rusk with Shoreline Police.
Police held a community meeting at the Shoreline Center on Jan. 7 to let the Richmond Beach community know Doss, a level 2 sex offender, was moving to the area. At the meeting, someone came forward and told police of the event. The event had also been reported to police when it occurred as well, Captain Clem Rusk said.
Doss was arrested this week for parole violation, police said.
