Granite Falls Mayor Lyle Womack recently joined Rite Aid Regional Vice President Rob Lambrecht for a ribbon cutting ceremony for a new Rite Aid store. The new 16,000-square-foot store, located at 608 West Stanley Street, incorporates features of the company’s “Customer World” design, which was created using customer feedback. These features include wide aisles, a bright open environment with direct views to each department, a centrally-located cosmetics department, a GNC vitamin department, a new picture center with one-hour photo service, drive-through pharmacy services, and a larger pharmacy waiting area.
“We’re very excited to open a Customer World store design in the Granite Falls community,” said Lambrecht. “Granite Falls residents can now see and experience the new design and services that many customers have been raving about since we opened our first Customer World store about three years ago. Customers told us that their relationship with the pharmacist was important, so each new store highlights the pharmacy.”
