We’ve made some changes in the Snohomish County Business Journal this month, as we begin our 10th year of publishing news about area businesses, projects and economic trends.
You probably noticed our new cover first. We think it’s more attractive, and the design enables us to highlight more inside stories each month. Our Very Interesting Person “VIP” profile, which began as a quarterly feature, becomes a monthly presentation in this issue. This issue also introduces the Entrepreneurs’ Corner, a new feature on those creative thinkers who risk new ventures in our county. And we also have Turning Point, where local business leaders tell how they were led to their careers.
For our print publication, we have changed to brighter, higher-quality newsprint to make the journal more readable and attractive. Over the next few months we expect to be making the inside pages more readable as well, once we bring our new design software on board. We hope you enjoy these improvements we made for your reading pleasure.
