The public is invited to a piano recital, “To France with Two Pianos,” performed by Shoreline Community College faculty pianists Nancy Matesky and Gloria Swisher at 3 p.m. Sunday, April 24 in the Campus Theater.
The two pianists began performing together in 1981. They duo will play “Petite Suite” by Claude Debussy, “Suite Francaise” by Darius Milhaud, “Sonata for Two Pianos” by Francis Poulenc and “An American in Paris” by George Gershwin. A reception will follow the performance.
General admission is $10, $8 for seniors (60 and over) and students, and $4 for children 14 and younger and SCC students with College ID. Tickets can be purchased in advance by calling 206-546-4606 or purchasing them at the Cashier’s Office in the FOSS/5000 Building on the main campus, located at 16101 Greenwood Avenue N.
