Bicyclists visit E-W High School
Twenty-six bicyclists from the Habitat Bicycle Challenge will be at the Edmonds-Woodway High School gymnasium for massages and to meet the public from 5-6 p.m. July 28.
The riders are completing a 4,000 mile cross-country trip to raise money for Habitat for Humanity. Ninety college students will climb on their bikes to ride coast-to-coast in support of Habitat, a non-profit that builds homes for those in need. The 12th annual Challenge will generate about $360,000 in proceeds, enough to underwrite the construction of five Habitat homes.
For information, see www.habitatbike.org or www.bicyclechallenge.org or call Ted Neff at 425-778-5215.
