SOFTBALL CLINIC: Ali Masterson, Mesa State University outfielder will be conducting a softball clinic the week of Aug. 2 at the Brooklyn Baseball Club &Athletic Training Facility. Looking to improve your skills in a match setting? Join other adults ages 16 and older for self-officiated match play games. SUMMER CAMPS: The city of Lynnwood hosts a variety of athletic camps for children this summer. The Mini Hawk Camp is for ages 4-7, 9 a.m.-noon, Monday-Friday, Aug. 2-6 and Aug. 23-27. Offered in conjunction with Skyhawks Sports Academy, each weeklong sports camp tailors its program to meet the needs of all children. The fee is $95. Information: 425-771-4030.

VOLLEYBALL CAMP: Edmonds Community College, under the direction of head coach Bill Kellogg, offers two volleyball camps. Session two is for athletes in grades 4-8 and focuses on the fundamentals of volleyball. The camp will run from 9 a.m.-4 p.m. Aug. 16-19. Fee is $130.
