“The REC” Summer drop-in hours — 2:30-7 p.m. Wednesdays &Thursdays, 2:30 p.m.-midnight Fridays, 7 p.m.-midnight Saturdays: “The REC,” 16544 Fremont Ave. N., offers free, late-night teen program open to ages 12-19 with a variety of supervised recreational activities. Spartan Gym drop-in hours — 8 p.m.-midnight Saturdays: This free, late-night teen program is open to all teens ages 12-19 to hang with friends, shoot pool, play hoops, eat free food and listen to music. Lynnwood
