‘WARMTH: GIANT BLACK TOOBS’ 10 a.m.-3 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 23, see how solar power and ambient breezes give life to the ever-present black plastic garbage bag when artist Susan Robb’s environmental art installation ‘The Toobs’ appears in Richmond Beach Community Park, corner of Richmond Beach Road and 21st Ave NW. Bring your lunch and check out these black plastic garbage bag solar-powered “TOOBS,” some as long as 50 feet. The event is funded through 4Culture’s Site-Specific Art program.
