Executive Director, Campfire USA/Snohomish County Council
Growing up on Whidbey Island, I was one of 12 children and the only one to go to college. I was going to be an accountant. During college, I worked at a local Boys &Girls Club and fell in love with working with kids. It changed the whole focus of my career in the first quarter of college. I changed to Western Washington University and earned a degree in human services. Since then, I’ve only had two career paths, 24 years with Boys &Girls Clubs of King County and 17 years now with Campfire USA’s Snohomish County Council.
