The Multiple Sclerosis Association of King County seeks volunteers to assist people with MS in maintaining independence and quality of life, one to two hours per week. Info: Gregg Robinson, 206-633-2606, or at www.msa-sea.org.

Senior Companion Program seeks volunteers 60 &over to serve as companions to aid elderly and disabled adults 18 and older in King County. Paid training, tax-free stipend, travel &meal allowance, educational opportunities and other benefits. Info: Cristina, 206-329-0515.
