Jackson duo Farrah Ragsdale and Carolyn Oh were awarded a No. 2 seed for this week’s Western Conference South Division doubles tournament.

Teammate Alexandra Platis was seeded third in singles. Grace Bhak is Jackson’s other singles entry and China Ranohawa and Grace Lee are playing doubles.

Matches have been underway since Wednesday and are scheduled to run through May 15 at Jackson High School.

The top three finishers in the singles and doubles brackets automatically qualify for the Northwest District 4A tournaments next week at Arlington High School.

Fourth-place finishers will play the Wesco North’s fifth-place finishers in pigtail matches May 18 to decide the final district berths.

Jackson claimed a second straight Wesco South regular-season championship with a 16-0 record.
